Every year the Economist magazine makes a report to say how expensive the world’s cities are. The magazine researches the cost of food and transportation and homes and says how much it costs to live in each big city. This year - and actually every year - the magazine showed that Toronto is the cheapest English-Speaking city. Many students go to Dublin, London, Sydney, Auckland, New York or Vancouver to learn English - but all of these cities are more expensive than Toronto. Toronto is the 47th most expensive city in the world - that means there are 47 other big cities that are more expensive. Vancouver is number 43, Auckland is number 29, New York is number 27, Sydney and Dublin are number 16, and London is number 7 . London is the most expensive English-speaking city in the world.
